Nicaragua, Pregnancy, and Feet

This is my fat swollen feet. The moment our plane landed here in Nicaragua my feet and ankles got so swollen. I have 4 more months until I deliver. 4 more months. This could be bad. I feel like if I accidently poke my feet, a big gush of water would come out. Or what if my skin can't hold all the fluid and they just bust open. Not good.

Just thought I would share.

i am so sorry kristina! i had that happen once in the middle of august, after walking around downtown dallas and eating salty mexican food... it was awful! i felt like i had hooves! i hope they don't hurt too bad. ah, the joys (and pains) of motherhood... i think all that stuff happens to teach us how to sacrifice and be unselfish for our children... and to teach us that our bodies are no longer our own!

love you and your fat feet!

At least your toenails look great, no matter how big your feet feel!

They look a little bit like they did when you were born! ( minus the polish!)
They were square!
I think they are pretty anyway!

Kristina! Oh, I know what that is like...it was so bad with Grant. Stay away from sodium as much as possible. It will make a big difference and try to put your feet up when you can, even if it's for 5 minutes here and there. Sitting at a desk is not good. Also, at night it will help if you sleep with a pillow under your legs/feet. Maybe you are having a boy... :-)

You could put some hair on your feet they would look like hobbit feet. Remember the Shire!
